•    Launched a global digital asset management (DAM) system from inception with single sign-on access for retailers to engage with marketing assets and digital programs to increase sales for their privately-owned businesses.

•    Manage a yearly budget of $450k including management of site, support hours and integration of new programs. 

•    Strategically select and integrate new digital programs in DAM for retailer enrollment including, Facebook Ads, Pandora Ads and Dynamic Local Display Banners, resulting in retailer combined spend of $900k on program enrollments leading to highest co-op utilization to date.  

•    Analyze data to create monthly reports on site engagement, program enrollment and template usage to provide feedback and recommendations to internal management and team members.

•    Review monthly reports to determine the need for additional customizable tools such as print ads, direct mailers, emails and digital program assets to help retailers advertise locally for seasonal, incentive-based consumer campaigns.

•    Increased digital program and asset usage of DAM site by 51% from 2017-2018.

•    Serve as project manager for a new retailer website platform in DAM providing Benjamin Moore’s international retailer network of 5,000+ a cohesive, personalized and professional online presence.

•    Liaise with domestic and international field marketing managers and sales representatives to determine retailer needs for new website programs and incentive-based campaign materials.

•    Serve as liaison between Marketing and Internal Communications teams to keep everyone updated on new program upgrades and campaign launches.

•    Increased effective rate of internal emails by 21% by creating short video clips to introduce new digital programs.

•    Lead quarterly DAM training for new Benjamin Moore corporate employees and business owners increasing site engagement by 140% YOY.

•    Manage seven sub-sites in several languages for domestic and international retailers, internal team members, and sales representatives, tailoring user experiences for more than 20 user groups, with 2,159 daily site users.

•    Partner with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to ensure successful website performance and user experiences.

•    Daily site management and programming of 9,000+ assets, assigning permission levels and metadata to provide site ease of use for retailers.

•    Supervise and train coordinators and interns to manage day-to-day website responsibilities.

​Strategized and executed successful national campaigns based on target markets, customer needs and company goals through traditional and grassroots marketing tactics. Coordinated with internal design teams and external vendors to develop national eye-catching campaign materials including televised commercials, radio advertisements and additional grassroots programs totaling a budget of $480,000+. Managed a local store marketing program by developing locally tailored marketing campaigns for 160 individual Liberty Travel locations resulting in ROI’s over 100%. Developed clear marketing plans and guided travel agents on strategies to continually grow niche brands: Flight Center, Discount Cruises.
