
As a thriving marketing professional with a strong background in project management, Michelle Bender is a vibrant and ambitious individual. From graduating SUNY Plattsburgh with a niche degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management, and a double minor in Business and Global Supply Chain, Michelle adapted seamlessly to the fast-paced marketing world. She has made tactical career moves that have shaped her into the flourishing marketing professional she is today.
Michelle loves to continue her education and throughout her career has become Certified in Project Management, Digital Graphic Design and Public Speaking. Currently, she is a Marketing Program Manager, managing an internal-facing web platform that houses hundreds of customizable and static assets as well as paid digital programs to help small businesses grow through local advertising and marketing efforts.
She wears many hats including project manager, event planner, strategic thinker, sales support, and advisor to marketing coordinators. Her solution-based, quick-thinking, educated decisions, and creative mind have been a true asset to the marketing team. Developing new yearly promotions and programs that increase CTR, planning local events that triple in ROI and crafting up enticing content are just a few of Michelle’s strengths and accomplishments to date.
Michelle is also a Steering Lead for her companies Women’s Leadership Forum where she plans and executes high profile events for the company, fostering leadership through inspiration and empowerment. Through participation within the forum, Michelle has become a mentor to younger females carving their own career paths both inside and outside of her current organization.
Her outgoing, go-getter personality shines through on any project and has been a true asset to a multitude of teams. She lives to experience new things, contributes winning ideas and finds solutions that make sense.
